Global Transformation Readiness Lab (GTRL)

Interactive transformation readiness analytics for sustainability, digitalisation, innovation, human capital and economic resilience. The tool combines Eurostat-first, World Bank and local fallback data for teaching, country comparison and strategic scenario analysis.

What is readiness?

Transformation readiness describes whether an economy has the structural capacity to adapt through sustainability, digital infrastructure, innovation and resilient institutions.

Why compare countries?

Country comparison makes transformation gaps visible. The model is designed for teaching and strategic interpretation, not for mechanical policy ranking.

How to read the score

The score combines six dimensions from 0 to 100. Scenario sliders show how structural improvements or shocks change the readiness profile.
